I have banked at the Williams location for many years. I've always experienced excellent customer service. It is a smaller bank location, which is a positive to me. I actually have a name, not just my account number.

Do not go to this bank the customer service is terrible and incompetent. I just moved to the area and wanted to open an account right? So I call this bank and ask them if I can open an account, what do I need lisence ss card etc. They told me on the phone all I needed to have was my lisence to open an account. After sitting in there for an hour and emailing the sketchy "agent" my lease agreement, they tell me oh no you can't open an account why didn't you bring your social security card. On top of wasting my time and money by not knowing how their own bank works, they are rude to the public as well. Two little kids just walked trying to sell candy and she shooed them off like they were flies. If they dont want people to come in without doing business they should get a security guard. Only they probably can't afford it because they run a terrible business that no one should stick with or go to. Thank you for taking the time to read this I hope it helps save you some time and anger.

If you call for a mortgage payoff good thru a future date- the Kenner office wont give it to you. If you ask to be transferred to a specific person, they say they are not able to transfer. Fidelity is either totally out of date with technology or super lazy.
