I’m a presidential circle member and rent from here often. This location needs a full overhaul. I’m lucky if I can get anyone to ask speak to me because the employees are all busy on personal phone calls. At the last vehicle pick up, the agent was on his phone talking to his cousin the entire time. At check in, the agent wasn’t doing anything but said she would email the receipt. I said I prepaid and wanted to confirm the total was zero. She was adamant that she would email but wouldn’t look on her tablet to confirm any amount. Well lo and behold I was charged for a full talk of fuel after I brought it back full. I know they’re just sitting back laughing at customers they rip off. Awful people.

Rae was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely helpful to me after I received mediocre customer service from another employee. KiShawn was also very helpful. These two turned my day around and made my rental experience so easy.

If you need the correct company details on your invoice, which most European renters coming for work actually need, just don't rent at Hertz.

Have been a gold member for some time now and had a claim on the vehicle which I acknowledged and paid promptly. There was a $200 administrative fee which is excessive and unnecessary. The folks at Hertz have not engaged beyond my compliant so I will be moving my business to another carrier.

I had a great experience. I did the online checkin and my rental car was waiting for me in a reserved spot when I arrived. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Experienced very rude staff, with zero interest to provide any service. Simple issue was that my driver’s license was to be updated in the system. Ultimately, Hertz lost a long-term and loyal customer. Silver lining is Enterprise, with very friendly staff, has a new customer.

Rented an EV from this branch. Had great experience from pick up to drop off. Wish Hertz was lil bit cheaper though.

The worst experience. The reps at the gold member desk super rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend renting at this company. The car smells like cigarettes so bad was in the need to exchange because I have asthma. I will suggest management to pretend there are a customer so they can experience there customer service been offered. By the wrong customer representative they have there. ??

i’ve gotten 2 different cars from here the past weekend. the cars are very dirty on the outside, the wipers are trash, and just overall not okay.

Talking to other members while waiting, I learned this is a common issue with this location. Reserved a car as a president circle member but there were no cars when I arrived. Waited 3 hours to get a car that was not cleaned or refueled. Reservation means nothing at this location.
