Great experience would definitely use again in the future

Efficient check-in with President’s Circle. As others have mentioned, car brands are not top tier, but were all brand new in my experience. Expect midsized Hyundai, Kia, Buick & Nissan SUV options. Otherwise Hertz did a fantastic job with check-in and return.

Pleased with the vehicle overall, but when I picked it up in New Orleans, the exterior had dried water marks all over it. Since the vehicle was black, the spots really stood out and made it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before rental. I paid $50 to have the car detailed at a local shop.
