“I live in Ohio...our dealerships here do not believe in customer service and they really don't act like if they care of not to sell you a car, get you any info, or answer any questions.
I happened onto the car that I wanted at Value Motors in Kenner LA....Paul Haugen was my salesman and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and customer service. This salesman and dealership went above and beyond anything I ever expected.
They are a 5 STAR Dealership in my eyes.
The wire transaction, shipping, paperwork, etc was seamless.
Their recommendation for shipping was spot on.
They even had the title and all the paperwork duplicated and transferred to me with the vehicle.
I had absolutely zero to do to register or drive my car in Ohio.
Now you have a lifelong customer in Ohio!”

Jacob and his family are good people selling cars to make living. Good folks with lots of used trucks. What you see is what you get.
