They say they record the call, but the guy didn’t cancel my cable nor upgraded my internet. So now they want me to pay the last bill. Lol than the NPC on the phone can’t even help me because she’s too busy trying to sell me other products like an internet ad.

I moved into Parc Gardens Apartments in Lafayette Louisiana on August 1st, 2024. I pay extra in my rent for WiFi and cable TV. To get the TV service I have to go into Cox office and pick up the mini box receivers. I have now as of October 17th still have no receivers. I have stopped in at least 8 times and 4 times in one day, trying to get the receivers. According to the people who work in the office there is only one, seriously, ONE, person who can give me the receivers. That person is in meetings from morning to night and doesn't answer their pages. At this point I am thinking that my apartment owes me some money! When people have talked about how bad cable companies are, I never got it, as I have had wonderful experiences with Spectrum, and Charter. Thank you Cox for letting me see how bad a cable company can be!

I have been with Cox over 20 yrs and still paying extremely high for service. I think that’s ridiculous for the Senior Citizens who can’t afford it. So I finally made up my mind to give up .

Quick courteous service. My internet cable had been cut during a cleanup of lines between poles in Breaux Bridge. After 3 weeks and several calls on the automated line, I went to the COX store and was helped by Chris. He scheduled the reconnection, it was repaired in a few days. Hopefully COX won't charge me for a month of no service.

This is quite possibly THE WORST internet company I’ve ever been with and I used to be with Suddenlink, that’s saying something. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment complex that ONLY supports COX. This has to be the most uncaring company when it comes to customers. They don’t work with you, the 24hr customer service is even worse! I cannot stress this enough, if you have other options, don’t go with COX. It will stress you all the way out and all they do, is over charge, they don’t care about the people that go with their company

Cancelled after one month after repeated lies,promised us free installation to home that was a lie,promised us unlimited internet that was a lie, then tried to cancel and somehow offered a promotion for almost 50 dollars more and still would be limited internet, will be going back to T-Mobile where we get unlimited internet for 60.00 a month.

The company in general is cool but our local store on eraste I think has awful customer service I don’t think they care about the customers or what we need unless we are buying something and trust and believe if you are having an issue they will send u in circles

Horrible in every way possible. The don't even deserve 1 star. The people at the store are beyond useless and rude. Online help sucks too. And the ecommerce website doesn't work either. It's almost like they went out of their way to be the most useless non-customer focused company on the planet. As soon as I have another option in my area I will switch companies. Cox is pathetic and full of nasty rude people who can't help the customer with even the smallest request. Horrible horrible horrible!
