The ATM at the Moss St location in Lafayette, LA kept my Capital One card. Card was in good condition with funds in account. First Horizon staff have little knowledge or info to provide on retrieving my card. First Horizon needs a responsive, communicative and expedient system for consumer product (ATMs) malfunctions.

I don't deal with this branch on a regular basis but I really can't complain about the people that work here. They are always friendly and extremely helpful when I do come here.
