“I've had this company for over a year. When I have problems with my Internet they always respond even in the weekends. It may take them a while but they do respond. They will work and try to find what the problem is if your Internet is slow or if your wifi is disconnected. I am glad I went with Acadiana Broadband and I will continue to stay with them until I move.”

“Our Rep was Max LeBlanc and he was fantastic. He took his time and explained all the details about our plan and even helped get our Netflix account set up to pay by T Mobil and stopped our payments from our account. Very kind and considerate. Also the store was nice and quiet and calming. My wife and I had gone the night before to the store near the mall. It was noisy and crowded with too much pink neon lights in the store and the salesperson was trying to upsell their products and not much help with getting phones unlocked. So props to the store in Target shopping center.”

“Quick courteous service. My internet cable had been cut during a cleanup of lines between poles in Breaux Bridge. After 3 weeks and several calls on the automated line, I went to the COX store and was helped by Chris. He scheduled the reconnection, it was repaired in a few days. Hopefully COX won't charge me for a month of no service.”
