I think old Neal is currently in Jail for defrauding 2 people from St Martinville. He also faces extradition to 2 other parishes. He got me for 2300. I read reports where he got people for a lot more than that. I am sure once he gets out he will do it again as the reports I read he has been doing the same thing upwards...
