“My experience with Two Men and a Truck was mostly positive. The personnel in the office were polite and responsive, and it was easy to book two separate moves in one day, one for my mom and a separate one for myself. The movers arrived on time, were very polite and professional. They were trying very hard to make the move time efficient and without incident, however, their lack of appropriate tools prevented them from doing so and caused the job to run longer than it should have (and that equates to more cost for the customer). So much so, my son and I had to let them use our tools to finish the job. At the very least, they should have been provided with a company hand drill to remove doors for larger items like refrigerators, washers, and dryers. Even the guys who delivered my refrigerator had a hand drill to remove doors. If this issue is corrected, then yes, I would use their services again and even recommend them to others.”
