“I called early one morning, feeling very discouraged because I knew my daughter had a nail in her back tire and tried to repair it the day before at another tire automotive and they said her tread was too low and they could not repair it for liability reasons and that she actually needed all new four tires because they were all balding and dangerous. Needless to say the man David, who answered the phone was extremely helpful. I told him that I did not think we had a spare tire, but we needed to place an order for the tires and get it as soon as possible . He told me that it would take a day or two to come in and then when I expressed my concern about my daughter’s daily two hour commute to Eunice for school made me nervous because I was afraid if she got stranded on these back roads and put her in danger because her route to school consisted of these country curvy back roads with potholes with no shoulder to pull over on if she needed it to. He immediately felt for me as a concerned parent and he expedited the order & shipping. That same afternoon, my daughter got all four tires put on and I have never seen this kindness from a service industry in a very long time….there ARE STILL REALLY NICE AND CARING PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!! My daughter was also having a really bad day (actually a bad two weeks with family tragedy)and when David greeted her and spoke with her while waiting on her car, he had many words of wisdom which lifted up her spirits and changed her whole outlook on life! Thanks so much Mr. David ? You are an angel!”
“Quick service tire pressure was checked on all 4 tires when I was almost home. The tire low air symbol came on on the display panel. But no problem, I put the correct amount of air in all tires anyway. I highly recommend Nicky P Lube Express. I will bring my car back to them for the next oil change. Highly recommend them.”

“My husband and I have been going here for over a decade without any complaints until this week. We got our oil changed and then noticed the oil was leaking. We went back and they said they fixed the plug, but it was leaking again this morning. Now they are saying it is our problem. DO NOT GO HERE
Update* The owner checked our car again and was able to determine that the oil change was not cleaned up properly afterwards. He cleaned everything and the car is no longer leaking oil.”

“Always quick. Got "The Works" completed in about thirty to forty-five minutes on a Friday morning. Oil change, tire rotation, check & top off fluids, & battery check. Reasonable price for making sure your car is trip ready. Service Advisors are always great. We have our "own", Paul Laurent. You can also just go through the "Quick Lane".”

“I went to change oil on my Honda. The associate lady was courteous, she asked if I would like to have air filter changed also, to which I said if needed.
She also suggested me to wait in the waiting area inside the store.

“The inspection was done literally within 10 minutes!
It was very easy and I got my sticker in no time.
I also found that they work on changing engine oils and flushing coolant and things like that.
They were friendly and humble!
