If i could give less i would. no prices are not posted.a shampoo is 31$ on top of the package they sell you but they don't say the shampooing is separate from the package until it's time to pay. Plus I was there 15 minutes early but she had 3 dogs ahead of her so it was a afternoon!!! My dog was not happy and neither was I. My dog has anxiety so the longer she waited the more she stressed...they don't care about your dog and they don't care about you...

Absolutely horrible experience,Went in with my dying dog and got scammed ,,Vet insisted that I do blood work ,, actually the nurse insisted first and was going to take him but I said he would probably resist her ,,Vet discuss doing it because because he may be in kidney failure ,,I said if he were dying wouldn't his kidney shut down anyway,,she said that they don't just dye but their would be a reason,, so recommend blood work,,So did it she came in and said his kidney were shutting down nothing they could do and suggested killing him ,,when I sat down in the room told the nurse was not going to do that,,it is a scam to get you just to spend as much money as they can get you too,, don't go there ,,was there for 2and a half hours terrible place and people scammers Then they called me on the phone to harass and bully me some more to tell me I was not welcome there,, well Sax my dog is dead,,and I would never go back ,,must have been that crazy lady who harassed me for 30 minutes to try to convince me I was not being scammed

The Petco on Settlers Trace Blvd decided that my 10 month old puppy Odie was untrainable. Odie is energetic and friendly by nature. However when OLLIE was given the task of training my puppy, she/they/them decided that it was too much for “them” to handle. 100+ dollars worth of puppy training could NOT be refunded, instead it was returned as store credit. Sounds like a scam to me!

Ollie was very foolish and claimed my puppy was beyond training, I believe SHE needs training,, somone needs to teach HER how to sit down and do her job and then maybe just maybe she can get a treat (keeping HER job)

This review is in regards to the GROOMING DEPARTMENT. I brought my doodle there and Lindsey groomed her. Not only did she leave mats in between her paw pads but she cut my dog! And didn't even bother to tell me! I called to speak with the grooming department manager when I found the cut yet never received a call back. Do yourself a favor and go with a locally owned groomer.

Petco in general is pretty great. This review is just in regards to the people in charge of grooming. They should not be in customer service. They are so rude disrespectful no people skills literally the only reason we don’t bring our dog there anymore is because the lady that runs the grooming department. Told me the picture I was showing her in reference to how I wanted my dog groomed wasn’t relevant because it was a different breed. Not only was it not a different breed, it was MY DOG groomed by another groomer. Like seriously!!! MANAGEMENT LISTEN UP you are loosing business because of these horribly rude people running grooming….

I will say count your days. LINDSEY, the stylist is absolutely terrible. Honestly, I tried to give this location another chance, but I’ve been going to the other location because of the inconsistent lazy behavior. I’ve been apart of Petco since my dog was 1. He’s 7 now. This location FAILS me every time with my services for my dog. This will be dealt with. I will NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE. The laziness behavior behind grooming is absolutely unacceptable when you’ve been told how MY dog is. A purebred Siberian Husky. I’d suggest you learn about different dog breeds before blocking someone’s account to set up an appointment because he didn’t want to get his nails clipped. In fact, I still paid for the service and didn’t care if it was done or not because I know my breed. I should’ve never went back to this location to give them a try; that was my mistake. Count your days. Thank you.
