“I had the easiest experience at this location this week. I havent had to go inside a post office in years. I recently moved and was told to go to the post office to get a key for my mailbox. I called them first. The call was answered and the lady was very patient and nice. Explained that I need to bring my lease and ID, the boxes are rekeyed on Saturdays and I could pick up the key next week. Went in, there were about 7 ppl ahead of me and two people working the counter. They seemed to be very pleasant with everyone there. The wait was not long at all. I chatted with a fellow customer while we waited. My interaction took maybe 3 min and I was again explained the process and all with smiles and friendliness. I was very happy and satisfied with the service. I went in on a Wednesday about 3:30 pm”
