They're all sweet people. The bad reviews are just mad people. Went to get my passport application and showed up early to the appointment, ended up finishing 15 mins before my appointment was supposed to be.

I honestly wish I could rate this higher but the slow service is beyond ridiculous. I’ve always had good experiences with the workers here but waiting over 10 minutes to drop off one package is OUTRAGEOUS! USPS hire more workers please!!

Absolutely pleasant experience with Mr. Caldwell in passport services. He was extremely knowledgeable and the process of submitting my passport application went smoothly compared to a prior attempt at an alternate non USPS facility. Thank you!
