I had to move my appointment like 6 times through the app. Never had an issue. Truck pickup was easy, as well as drop off. Both only took a couple of minutes. Truck was clean and that AC worked amazingly well! Surprisingly that big 26 footer was pretty easy to drive. 10 of 10

Very friendly service. Lauren explained the rental process thoroughly. I was the last rental of the day. She did not make me feel rushed and answered my questions. The truck was clean and drove well. I will definitely rent from U-haul again if the need comes up.
