Im so sick and tired of my express mail priority not coming by scheduled time. I have been in Louisiana for alil over 6 months and I keep having stuff shipped to me and it never comes. Priority express has always been an overnight delivery, but since ive been here it guarantees 2 days. But im still not even getting it in 2days. My mail was sent on thurs 7/24 and said it would arrive to me by today 7/26 by 6pm. They still have an hour but ive been tracking it and its been sitting at tha Lafayette distribution center since this morning. I called customer service to ask if I could pay the additional fee of $12.50 for Sunday delivery, ( only available for items sent priority express ) but they can't do it because I have to wait till after the guaranteed time of 6pm. But if I call after the guaranteed time is up, the call center will be closed. So my only option is to wait till Monday the 28th. Which i will get refunded. But I just want my package delivered as promised. This will be approximately the 10th time that I had to get refunded. Usps is losing so much money for this which im sure happens to alot of people besides myself. So someone please stay on top of priority express mail. We pay the additional postage of $31.40 to make sure we receive our mail.

How in the world does my packages leave from Lafayette and end up in Deridder? I don’t know what y’all have going on over there but y’all need to watch what y’all are doing? I’m located in Lafayette and my packages leave Lafayette to go to another city… how and why? I wish I could give y’all ZEROOOOO STARS.

I honestly wish I could rate this higher but the slow service is beyond ridiculous. I’ve always had good experiences with the workers here but waiting over 10 minutes to drop off one package is OUTRAGEOUS! USPS hire more workers please!!

Absolutely pleasant experience with Mr. Caldwell in passport services. He was extremely knowledgeable and the process of submitting my passport application went smoothly compared to a prior attempt at an alternate non USPS facility. Thank you!

The absolute worst USPS I’ve ever used. Pathetic service & delivery. I live at Acadian Crossing Apartments & many times I don’t get important checks, documents & packages. They forget to close mailboxes. Ultimate DEI service
Meanwhile here in South Dakota I’m still having issues getting my mail 2 months later

I wish I could give 0 stars. The only thing this post office does consistently is deliver the wrong mail to the wrong mailbox/address. I continuously receive my neighbor’s mail. I checked my box today (we have cluster boxes. The numbers on the boxes are unmistakable, ie. the mail carrier is simply careless & doesn’t give a damn about accuracy) & had a key for the larger box. I thought, Yay! My package has arrived!! No… it was for one of my neighbors. My package HAS been delivered, according to the tracking. So, I have no clue who has, and is probably enjoying, my gourmet popcorn! What’s even worse, the numbers are not even close on the addresses that are being switched!! This tells me that the mail carrier is simply not paying attention!!!!!! I wonder what the penalty is for careless mail carriers who consistently deliver to the wrong address??

Unprofessional, never deliver packages on time. They keep your packages and don’t send them out but send them back to the sender. Makes no sense. Get it together !
