“I went into the store and spoke to an associate about a problem. The associate gave me the Assistant Manager name (Michelle) and told me when I could stop by and see her. I went in, showed her the problem and it was resolved the same day. I received a brand new part. Ms. Michelle called and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Being in customer service for 18 years, I must say Michelle provided top notch customer service. I was blown away! I will not shop with anyone else. I hope the District staff sees this review.
