“I had my wife go to Northern Tool in Beaumont to pick me an Ingersoll Rand 119Max air hammer up that was shown to have been in stock at the store based off of website inventory but the gentleman there was firm with her that it was not in stock without checking. I called Northern Tool in Lake Charles to verify that they had one physically in stock before my wife drove there all the way from Beaumont. Corissa helped me on the phone and even after a little hiccup in model numbers, she was able to make sure she had one ready to go. I asked her to please set it at the counter and my wife would be there in an hour or so to scoop it up. Corissa was very helpful and kind over the phone!”

“We always have great service at this tractor supply store. Other tractor supply stores in the area aren't as friendly. We go to this tractor supply often and some of the employees greet us by our names when we come in. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They know we are retired military and saw we weren't in the military rewards program and told us what to do to sign up. Good prices on most items. Some prices even beat the chain hardware stores. When we were on vacation and my daughter was taking care of our home, she used the pick up service and she found it quick and easy. The one time they had a farmers market very few vendors showed up. I wish they could get this program working with local farmers because we feel this would be the perfect location. Will always give this tractor supply repeat business and recommend to friends and family.”
“I just an excellent experience with the manager Kim; whoever hired her is brilliant because that woman is a real deal treasure! I’m a truck driver that came in to deliver at 6am but no one was in receiving yet. Kim walked in the room, interacted with kindness, put her bags down, and started solving problems with the highest level of calmness I think I’ve ever seen. During my delivery I observed her interact with probably 10 employees and three truck drivers. She was polite, calm, respectful, focused, responsive to her employees requests, and thoughtful about what she was doing. Kim, OUTSTANDING!!! I was the door delivery guy.”
