“A true electronics store. Not a Best Buy, target, or Home Depot, they actually have small, unusual electronics. I need a .5amp fuse for my Greenlee voltmeter,And they had them in stock. Not a real common part. I was very happy to find a store with actual electronic parts rather than seek me a new one.”

“I had my wife go to Northern Tool in Beaumont to pick me an Ingersoll Rand 119Max air hammer up that was shown to have been in stock at the store based off of website inventory but the gentleman there was firm with her that it was not in stock without checking. I called Northern Tool in Lake Charles to verify that they had one physically in stock before my wife drove there all the way from Beaumont. Corissa helped me on the phone and even after a little hiccup in model numbers, she was able to make sure she had one ready to go. I asked her to please set it at the counter and my wife would be there in an hour or so to scoop it up. Corissa was very helpful and kind over the phone!”

“I walked in and Miss Nicole greeted me for coming to the store. She was on the phone but she multitask and helps me look up the toolbox that I needed and called for it and then I needed a pack of tools and she told me exactly where to go then when I walk back up and you was in charge of the register and she took over the sale. They are both so wonderful and kind even though they had a line of customers behind me. They were very patient and absolutely helpful! I recommend Miss Nicole and Miss Angie to everybody who needs assistance!!”

“We always have great service at this tractor supply store. Other tractor supply stores in the area aren't as friendly. We go to this tractor supply often and some of the employees greet us by our names when we come in. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They know we are retired military and saw we weren't in the military rewards program and told us what to do to sign up. Good prices on most items. Some prices even beat the chain hardware stores. When we were on vacation and my daughter was taking care of our home, she used the pick up service and she found it quick and easy. The one time they had a farmers market very few vendors showed up. I wish they could get this program working with local farmers because we feel this would be the perfect location. Will always give this tractor supply repeat business and recommend to friends and family.”
“Charmaine was extremely helpful and professional and went the extra mile to help me get the right globe for a ceiling fan that I didn't have a model number or brand for. She called Home Depot parts and they provided me with the information they needed to identify the fan and the correct replacement part. Eventhough, I could not buy the part today, with the help I received I am confident I will get the right part because of Charmaine's assistance. 5 stars!”
