“Shawn and Linda at the cricket store on 171 in Moss, Bluff, Louisiana. Help me set up a iPhone 11 Pro Max with the eSIM card because he was showing it was off-line.. I went to the lake, Charles office and two gentlemen that were just hired could not, and didn’t even try to help me. They said they didn’t know anything about iPhones and I called the Sulfur office and they were rude. But these two ladies had this store in Moss Bluff on 171. Help me so much I believe that they need a raise and that building is hot in dryer and they were still working and doing their job. I really appreciate these ladies.”

I went in to get an upgrade with people ahead of me who were having issues and barely spoke english there was only one worker on shift but he was on top of handling there upgrades while still helping me and giving me all the information for my best upgrade he did an amazing job. “Xpress did what BestBuy couldn’t! I ran over my phone Wednesday with my truck. There were zero signs of life except sound. My Phone Repair in Moss Bluff was kind enough to call around for me to find someone who had my screen in stock. Four hours later after running some errands, I was headed home with a perfectly good phone! I couldn’t believe he was able to fix it. And at a fraction of the cost! 12/10, will go there again.
