The owner recognized my exact car, kept me updated on progress, and even helped us secure some credits and refunds on our disfunctional parts so that all we really owed in the end was labor. “Eddie Tourelle’s Northpark Nissan Service Departed never disappoints. I originally scheduled my appointment with Service Advisor Jamie Snyder on April 28th for a next day appointment on April 29th. I needed an Oil/Filter change plus my passenger side rear door looked at for a discrepancy. On the 29th, I was assisted by Service Advisor David Zoller and my experience with them both is always the best. David checked out the issue and off it went for service. He kept me abreast every hour of the service progress and other services needed for my truck. Once done he took the time to explain to me in detail all services provided and future service recommendations. Always great service here and look forward for my next visit.

On November 4, 2025, I came in for a scheduled 65,000 mile maintenance. My Service Advisor was Jamie Snyder and as always “first class” service. The service took less than three hours and Jamie made sure that I was informed every step of the process including any additional recommendations that my vehicle needed. I’m definitely happy with the services that are provided at Northpark Nissan and their exceptional team of Service Advisors and Technicians. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to my next visit.”

“At 1234 collins blvd During Cody and Larry l's helped me configure the a/c caps on my mother's 2018 ford escape. It was tricky and frustrating until These two came along with the ultimate assist. They had to break out the big blue box of caps, with determination and perseverance the car still was stubborn. They ordered me the proper one and said when it gets delivered i can come pick up. 10/10 will go back to THIS location. (The other location in covington told me they do NOT assist anyone on their car during their shift.)”
