“I had to take 1 star away cuz when I use my debit card at their pump to pay for my gas, even if it's only $5—$10, it charges the card $50—$100 and holds it for a couple hours to a day or two, worst for me was 72hrs for $100. But, I've simply learned to not use my debit card at the pump at 'The Split'.And this next thing I personally don't care but want to get the message out there so others will know, THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM”
“This CVS is a modern one stop shop at reasonable prices for meds, OTC products, keep pickup items for family or friends and snack items as well. I even like their lounge and exercise wear. Good sizes, reasonable prices, just perfect when you need a new pair of pants to do errands or walk the dogs. From day to night (and flu shots too) everything you may need, you will find there. The employees are helpful, and they have one of the most responsive pharmacy teams on the northshore.”

“I love this place, it’s only a couple of years old as of 2024. It’s always neat, clean and has so many offerings, not only great prices on gas. Inside you have a plethora of food and drink options like: hot pizza, other hot foods, swirl world for yogurt, amazing coffee bar, soft drink bars, and then of course, lots of canned drinks and packaged foods. There’s also a small section for other essentials. There are plenty of gas pumps, too and it’s conveniently located on the main street in Mandeville. Racetrack does not disappoint!”

“Been coming to this gas station for YEARS! Know every employee that's ever worked here hahahahaha! It will always be Valero in my heart though. Dominoes inside, all the bells and whistles. The swisher selection is extensive, so if you 4/20 blaze it then stop here. Great staff too!”

“Not the best gas station, but the staff is always generally friendly and nice. It is an old gas station that could use a face-lift. Serves its purpose and is quick and convenient for everything. When I visit my parents I normally ride with my Mom to this station so she can buy her lottery. I wish they accepted debit as cash only option kind of is lame.”

“There’s a lot of pretty mid (or just plain bad) Mexican/Latin food around here that isn’t worth the price point. This spot, though, deserves all the praise—quality food, generous portions, and everything made to order. Honestly, it should be way busier than it is.
Show me another place that loads up the flautas like this. And the margaritas? No overpowering sour mix—just fresh lime.”
