“The young black girl over there that works nights IS AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE and needs to be held at the highest level honor that can be achieved at a Walgreens. Without going to far into it, I wanted to make a return but I wanted it on a gift card so I could purchase a pack of diapers I urgently needed while waiting on my new card in the mail. She accidentally pressed send refund to debit card and offered to pay for my daughter’s diapers because she made the mistake. I told her she absolutely did not have to and that I was not mad but she insisted. This is the kind of person who can change the course of someone’s life with their kindness. I was ready to throw up my hands and give up but she happened to be the one behind the counter tonight and I’m so thankful for that. I didn’t get your name but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.”

“They say that they've been open 6 (six) years, but the lobby area is pretty sparse. Honestly, that's my only complaint. They should have seats and more stuff to sell. But the pharmacy staff is amazing. When the pill version of my medicine became hard to get and competitor's where trying to switch people to liquid, they went the extra mile and found it in blister packs. Which means they actually care. I mean, there's a profit, but it's not one of the crazy ones (I know because I've bought it in the past as a private pay). So they just did it to keep the customers happy and healthy. I was across the street at my doctors office and in literally took 5 minutes getting over there. They still got my prescription done in a short time. I'm going to change all my prescriptions to here.”

Seems like this store has repeated issue of not answering the phone. I have been called repeatedly by the automated system that I have a prescription ready to pick up yet I don't know what it is for and can't get through to speak to anyone. I called multiple times on many different days and same results of being on hold for over ten minutes to get anyone on the phone. I called to speak to manager who stated to take my number and would have pharmacy call me. Well that was three days ago and still no call. This entire store seems to have a don't not care mentality. To make matters worse, corporate is no better as I was on hold there for over 10 minutes as well. Looks like I need a new pharmacy!!”
