I had been back and forth with doctor’s offices and a mail out pharmacy for over a week trying to get my mom’s prescription adjusted. Due to delays in processing at all offices contacted, it was Dante that finally got things done before my mom’s prescription ran out. He contacted multiple Walmart pharmacies on our behalf and gave invaluable financial options on procuring my mom’s meds. Dante, your help was greatly appreciated! Thank you so much! “The young black girl over there that works nights IS AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE and needs to be held at the highest level honor that can be achieved at a Walgreens. Without going to far into it, I wanted to make a return but I wanted it on a gift card so I could purchase a pack of diapers I urgently needed while waiting on my new card in the mail. She accidentally pressed send refund to debit card and offered to pay for my daughter’s diapers because she made the mistake. I told her she absolutely did not have to and that I was not mad but she insisted. This is the kind of person who can change the course of someone’s life with their kindness. I was ready to throw up my hands and give up but she happened to be the one behind the counter tonight and I’m so thankful for that. “The employees were really nice. I asked if I tried a CVS brand of eye makeup remover (similar to L'Oréal) and I hated it could I return it and they said yes if I keep my receipt. Then they signed me up for a new CVS rewards card and sold my candy.”

Seems like this store has repeated issue of not answering the phone. I have been called repeatedly by the automated system that I have a prescription ready to pick up yet I don't know what it is for and can't get through to speak to anyone. I called multiple times on many different days and same results of being on hold for over ten minutes to get anyone on the phone. I called to speak to manager who stated to take my number and would have pharmacy call me. Well that was three days ago and still no call. This entire store seems to have a don't not care mentality. To make matters worse, corporate is no better as I was on hold there for over 10 minutes as well. Looks like I need a new pharmacy!!”

“Super efficient and helpful associates make shopping here super fast and I always get what I came for. Renee is lightning fast on the computer and super helpful, cropping prints, looking for pictures for customers on their phones, just a pleasure to watch and know she was helping in the best way. I’ve had people find things for me on the shelves too. Super helpful, even during busy times.”
