4080 Beau Road, MauriceI just had the best experience during my first visit here at Maurice Veterinary Clinic and they’ve just gained a new lifelong patient.
They provided the warmest kindest care from start to finish. I took in two stray kittens that are just barely 2 weeks old. I’ve been bottle feeding them round the clock the past couple of days. I needed to get them in asap for a checkup and a concern I had with one of the kittens, so I called Maurice Vet Clinic as they showed up as my closest vet. Because I’m not a current patient I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get in, but the receptionist was so nice and was able to get me in within a couple hours.
At my appointment I was greeted by two lovely ladies (Kallie and Whitney). They were so sweet with my 3 year old daughter, were gushing over the kittens, and got me checked in quickly.
I appreciate Dr. Holland Gaines so much. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she went the extra mile trying to help me with my kittens and ID the problem. She was so sweet with my daughter too and even did a “check up” for her stuffy she brought in which made her day. Katie was also so sweet and helpful.
I appreciate kind, gentle, knowledgeable care and with veterinary medicine being such a difficult and under appreciated field, finding a clinic that maintains such a comfortable safe un-rushed atmosphere is so rare.
On top of everything, the building and property is so cute and well maintained. Everything was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Prices were extremely reasonable and certainly on the lower when it comes to veterinary work, and I could tell the way they wrote up my bill that they gave me the best deal I could’ve gotten. No up charges or hidden fees, quite the opposite actually.
Thanks again to everyone here. Made my day so much less stressful and now I’m switching over to them for all my future pet needs.
