She always helpful and takes the time explaining how I can make my payment online with that being said that saves me time and gas you need more employees like the young lady Treneice. she also was helpful with getting me the rite size storage n supplies that was needed for my move to the storage n explained they insurance they offer i did get the insurance thank you public storage for making my move easy n having outstanding employees thank u miss Treneice all your help keep up the good work. Even doe the prices went up on my unit I don’t mind paying with the service I receive. I would continue to refer family and friends at public storage my father have a storage with ur office he always inform me that he only wants to pay his bill when the young lady Treneice is there she go over and beyond for her customers it's a pleasure having someone that goes a the extra mile for you.”

We had 2 guys work on our move - Miles, and unfortunately didn't catch the other name... but both were extremely efficient, handled all of our items very well, and were polite and professional. “I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically. Anytime I need storage I will definitely use NOLA Lock and Storage. Thank you for a real good deal.”
“I've been with this storage facility for at least 10 years and Cube Smart is the only owner to steadily make improvements. Since they've been here, theres been great office support, fire extinguishers and rodent treatment. I'm sure more is to come.”
