Lots of staff doing a lot of nothing two hours for programming a fob. And and still not complete. I could've taken an Uber home if I would've known it would take this long. It's after 5 o'clock and my sales guy left for the day.

I've tried chevy dealers around the area, matt bowers is the best. Also GM is on the head of his business, always aroundThat's always a good sign!!!At the end of the day perfection doesn't exist but they try!
