Everything was 5 star. Alex and his staff are the best. Had my TX)500h clear wrapped in the front to prevent chipping of the paint. More than what I expected. I was told they were the best from Lexus of New Orleans and they were right on point. Money well spent and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Not a 5 but a 6 star.

Even though insurance totaled my car, Mr. Alvarenga was very gracious and genuinely cared about my best interest as evidenced by recommending against reclaiming the car and having it serviced by his shop. Excellent customer care.
