“Needed a new mattress and decided to go check them out. Very nice store, clean and organized and Ryan was very helpful. I told Ryan what I was looking for and the issues I was having with my old mattress and he showed me what I was looking for, he addressed my issues and showed me solutions.
Ryan took his time, explained all the benefits of everything we looked at and wasn’t pushy. Felt like I was being shown what I actually needed and not what he just wanted to sell.
If in the market for a new mattress, this is place to go. You will be treated fairly and shown what you are looking for. I would highly recommend and will be back when I need a new mattress.”
“I visited the store about a month before I made my purchase.and Ali was very helpful in helping me determine what I was looking for in a mattress. He gave me the price & information and I left the store.
Ali followed through with a text about the Labor Day sale & worked with me on getting the best price. He was very polite and responded quickly & I was able to do it all by phone. Thank you, Ali”
“I was met by your associate Suzanne who displayed a very high level of professionalism and courtesy. She made me felt relaxed and she patiently took the time to introduce me to all the products in the store. She was very knowledgeable not just about the flagship products but in every aspects of the business.Awesome job Suzanne and thanks ????????Leopold.”
“We love our new couch and our salesperson Rebecca was a fabulous help. We had to make two trips before finally deciding because there were so many beautiful pieces to choose from. Also impressed at the fair and reasonable pricing. One-stop shop, perfect!”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with John from Bedding Plus, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. John was not only extremely helpful and insightful, but he also wasn't pushy at all during the sales process. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing valuable recommendations without any pressure to buy. Thanks to John, I found the perfect bedding solutions. I highly recommend working with him for a stress-free shopping experience!”
“Great experience at The SN store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. First time SN customer. Just 1 night on the new Comfort Next Lux mattress. So far so good. Delivered on time with fast in home set up. Keep up the good work”
“I had a very smooth and easy furniture buying experience thanks to Philip W., sales associate. I hate shopping, and this time found it productive, stress free, and even fun! Philip was patient, listened to what I wanted, and showed me every sofa that was a possibility. And humorously, some that weren’t! All with no pressure. After 3 months of looking, I did buy a sofa & love seat. Also got great advice, interesting stories, and some good laughs! Every delivery detail was explained, all questions answered.
The store had a good selection & good prices. I was guided in the right direction!”

“The store salesman, Jacob is an absolute delight, especially when poor customer service seems to be the norm everywhere you go. He's very friendly (not the fake friendly), patient and very knowledgeable about all of Tempur-Pedic products. You can tell he thoroughly enjoys his job. If you need a mattress for any reason but especially for back, neck and hip pain, please shop with him. He's a fantastic salesman!”
