“Went in to Mattress Firm already knowing what I wanted to buy, but just wanted to see if it was there in the store to check the firmness I desired. Greeted by Gabrielle, and showed her exactly what I was looking for. She was pleasant, willing to render her professionalism, and showed me another mattress to validate my comfort level. I asked about other mattresses, and she was able to tell me about them, and even pulled out the Sleepy, so I could check the comfort level. She had the mattress I wanted in stock, asked if I needed the box spring, and the rest is history. Took care of my sale, informed me of the delivery date, and had me to review the bill of sale to make sure everything was correct before I left. Excellent customer service!”

“We recently made a purchase of an expensive leather sofa. It was a special order so it took a few months for it to arrive. When it arrived, it didn't look like it was made properly. We let them know. Being a leather sofa, the service agreement was with Natuzzi and not the store. Long story short, Hurwitz Mintz lived up to their reputation and stood by us and refunded us 100%. Their customer service team was always respectful and knew of the situation every time we called, and they never made us feel like we were "bad customers" and they always treated us with respect. We have shopped at Hurwitz Mintz on and off through the years and have always had a good experience with them. Our mattress is from there, from a purchase we made not too long ago, and other pieces of furniture throughout our home. I recommend Hurwitz Mintz for their selection of furniture and home accessories and Customer Service most of all.”

“I'll start by saying that furniture shopping isn't what it used to be and I'm not blaming it on Covid. I'm no industry expert, but my guess it's due to the ubiquitous furniture available on the internet, without the lengthy wait on custom orders, free shipping and in many cases, no sales tax. In my opinion, there's no substitute for touching, feeling and sitting on something that will be such a big part of my life. If you agree, Georgian Furniture is one of the better local options. It's not perfect, or frankly even as good as it used to be 8-10 years ago, but its not bad. The selection is decent and the service is consistently professional. They do a good job of making you feel safe during the pandemic by masking and social distancing.”

Black people stay away from Lou Rippner Compass Furniture I had damaged furniture that was delivered and asked for a replacement - after Compass Furniture not agreeing to a replacement I asked to come and pick up the furniture. They sent a delivery truck to my home and knew I was not home (we discussed a time that I would be home) they intentionally sent drivers to my home knowing I was not home and then stated "we can not come back out" Also Lou Rippner states on the phone "if this was a black company you wouldn't be harassing them like you are harassing me" Harrassing?? I'm asking for what was entitled to me after spending over 5K on a bedroom set Do better Lou Rippner and Crystal!! You should be ashamed to treat a customer as you did!!
