4713 Trenton St, MetairieClearview has been our Vet for over 20 years now. They have seen us through new family pups and cats coming, and been there at the end as well.
Last week we had to make the rough decision to let our rat terrier, Stoli, of almost 16 years go where he would no longer suffer pain. Dr.
Edmond and Connor were there the entire time, being patient, letting us say our goodbyes, and offering more support than I could imagine.
They made a heart wrenching process, bearable. I am so extremely grateful to Clearview Vet for always being there for the good and the sad. Thank you all sooo much to the entire staff for your empathy and kindness!!

I brought my beloved Oreo here for his checkups and everyone was nothing but nice and explained any and every little thing that had to do with my precious bunny Oreo. Unfortunately due to health issues I had to put my precious fur baby down , the doctors made it as comfortable and respectful as they possibly could with my last moments with him and I will forever be grateful for that. Lastly as I grieve my Oreo , they sent their condolences though a very sweet post card and sent me his little foot prints which i will forever keep and be thankful for . It was very thoughtful . So if you’re looking for a place to fully care for your pets and also a place that is reasonably priced , this is the place . I highly recommend!

Metairie Veterinary Ophthalmology Specialists
101 Metairie Rd, MetairieMy Shih Tzu Axel had an eye injury ( ulcer) & he was seen & treated at my local vet for 4 weeks , than they referred me to see Dr. Mooney for further treatment as his eye seemed to not be getting better. I was very satisfied with my visit there. It has only been 3 days & his eye is looking better already. Will be there in 3 days for follow up check up on his eye. Dr. Mooney estimates it will take 3 weeks to clear up his eye with meds she prescribed. He is on 4 eye drops & 1 oral med . 3 of the eye drops have to be applied to his eye 6 times per day & the other drop twice a day, every 12 hours & oral med twice a day. I am happy as long as his eye can be healed with meds vs surgery. All the meds my local vet gave me for him was different except for one. Dr Mooney told me she needed to make sure that the right meds were given in order to heal his eye injury. I suggest if your furbaby gets an eye injury , see a specialist like Dr. Mooney by the second week if eye is not better ❣

I was very quickly put at ease from the first moment of our consultation. They give daily updates and pictures. I love the fact that our babies can stay in their own environment. We have another trip coming up and I plan to use them again instead of family. That’s how comfortable we were using them. Definitely give them a try!

For the kids they give you a paperwork and crayons.
We ordered Milk, coffee, capuchino, french toast new orleans styles, white chocolate pancakes, buttermilk pancakes, eggs, etc.
Everything was delicioso, the people very kind.
The place including the restrooms very clean.

It's hard to tell from the outside but there is a TON of seating inside!
