“Getting the truck was very easy and they allowed me to keep it with an extension at a lower price. I don't think that the Appliance dolly was good because when I used it the tire wouldn't roll right. Overall customer service was pleasant. Dropping off the truck was very easy . The truck was clean and the location was convenient.”

“We highly recommend using U-haul's services. Everyone we worked with throughout the process went above & beyond. We were so impressed with how friendly everyone was. We saved a TON of money moving across country, PODS & Budget wanted $8k+ and we paid $3k here, using 2 of their U-packs. Took a lot of stress away not having to travel with our belonging with them hauling everything for us. Didn't have to worry about our stuff while overnight in motels, that was very nice. Saved big on gas! They stored them for the first month onsite and allowed us to come in (with short notice) to gather things as needed. They really were amazing. Thanks U-haul!”
“They had a young girl at the counter on yesterday, which was February 1, 2026. She was working three registers by herself. Nobody in the store was aggravated. Nobody got out of place. Everybody was working with her. She was wonderful and the young guy that was working with her too. It was the crew that worked February 1, 2026 in the morning my pick up was for 930. They were great. I kept telling them how great they were.”

“To Connie White - Ferrell gas was very difficult to get set up. Didn't have the size tank, etc.etc. Took forever, in fact right after I gave up and purchased a 25 gallon tank and then they called and installed the tank I wanted. Still have the 25 gallon for back up. So Connie, don't give up. THAT SAID, I ORDERED MY FIRST REFILL, THEIR PERSONNEL WERE VERY COURTEOUS, SHOWED ME WHERE THE VALVE WAS ETC. NOW I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF FERRELL COULD DO A ZIP CODE SORT ON THEIR CUSTOMER LIST AND SEND AN EMAIL BLAST TO EVERYONE IN THE ZIP CODE SO THEY COUILD OPT IN FOR A REFILL OR TOP OFF!!

“I've rented a truck and a van from this location and had positive experiences both times. In addition to using the app, I have found everyone at this location to be incredibly helpful and patient. I rented a dolly and they didn't have the specific one I rented so they upgraded me at no charge to a more premium one. They are also responsive via phone as well. I'll definitely be back when I need to rent a truck!”

“I have been there several times to get gas tanks filled for homebrewing. I’ve had CO2, nitrogen, beer gas, and oxygen filled. Staff is nice, always quick to fill, and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.”
