Getting the truck was very easy and they allowed me to keep it with an extension at a lower price. I don't think that the Appliance dolly was good because when I used it the tire wouldn't roll right. Overall customer service was pleasant. Dropping off the truck was very easy . The truck was clean and the location was convenient.
