“I love Sam's club. I love their curbside pick up...because I buy cases of water and don't have to load them into my car myself. I have back issues. I love the customer service at this Sam's club because their employee's are always very friendly and courteous. I love their scan and go becauseI I don't have to wait in line. However, I never think of Sam's Club optical...I bought 2 pairs of glasses...reasonably priced (20% off for plus members). They have all kinds of designer frames. The staff there went above and beyond by fixing an older set of frames that I love (and didn't buy there). I'll never go anywhere else for glasses!”

“We were driving and pulling a UHaul trailer from Texas to Georgia when the check engine light came on just before 5 pm as we were passing through New Orleans. To make matters worse it was Labor Day. Luckily S&I was open that day and until 6 pm. The owner was so kind and took pity on us. He ran a computer check of our truck engine and eventually replaced a belt. He didn’t have the belt at his garage and personally drove to a supply store to buy it. The cost for parts and labor was very reasonable. He could have justifiably charged much more for the emergency repair. Within a couple of hours we were once again headed for Georgia. Without S&I, our trip would have been delayed at least a day and we would have missed our daughter’s scheduled move in to her dorm at college. Such kindness is in very short supply nowadays and we will be forever grateful.”

Mr. Donnie, Mrs. Stacy, Velcro and The Grandson were heaven sent. They’ve literally saved my life. I purchased a vehicle from a car lot on Williams Boulevard during the last week of June only for the dashboard to light up like a Christmas tree within a week of the cash purchase. The vehicle started making a sound as if I was skateboarding every time I tapped the brakes. Let me just say that I found out on today that all four of the tires were mounted inside out, the brake pads were broken into pieces and that I was overcharged at least 3.5k for the vehicle. Thank God that I wasn’t driving and caused an accident injuring myself or anyone else. The guy on Williams saw a woman alone and decided to get his moneys worth but what he meant for my demise behind a dollar led me to a blessing !!! I’ll never purchase another vehicle from that guy again he better remember that he has a mother and a wife that someone may take advantage of one day.
Mr. Donnie and Mrs. Stacy took excellent care of me gaining a lifetime customer. I highly recommend all women, single moms, female veterans and anyone that reads this review to bring your vehicle here to get it handled with care by honest people that won’t look at you as an easy come up.

“Guys at this shop were great. We had two stuck lug nuts and were 8 hours from home. Another shop told us there was nothing they could do to get them off. But they didn’t give up at this shop and went above and beyond to help us out. They deserve 6 stars!! Jason and Kevin communicated with us through the whole process. Definitely recommend!”
