“Laryn was so friendly and helpful to my husband and I when booking a car last minute after our flights were canceled. There had been a winter storm and she made sure we had an all wheel drive vehicle for it. She made sure we got the best rate and was super flexible when we needed to change the drop off location. Will for sure rent through them again.”

“Was the cheaper car rental place in Orlando from the airport.. I do not recommend purchasing the Toll Road pass option because of you use Google Maps for navigation you can easily maneuver around Orlando without hitting a toll both so this option I paid extra for was really a bad idea.. I maybe went thru 3 toll booths my first day because I did not know what I was doing..after the first day I figured it out and missed all toll roads simply by selecting Choose Route bypassing Toll Roads under route options..overall a great rental regardless”

“Rented at my normal location in Pearland TX but vehicle had engine issues. Called Avis and was told to go to nearest location for replacement. Kristen ( or Cristen) took great care of me. Replacement my malfunctioning vehicle with a similar. Another worker got the vehicle cleaned and fueled while Kristen took hold of my driver's license to make the swap.

“National is fair priced. Easy to reserve. Easy to find everywhere. Easy to pick up and drop off vehicle. Car was clean and in excellent condition. I am not a diva - just want a smooth transaction from beginning to end. My BF recommended National.
In the past, I was the shopper looking for the lowest price- period. I have learned the hard way that you get (and DONT get) what you pay for (other rental companies).
