“Absolutely wonderful place to rent a car. My truck is not in the best shape. My daughter and i got in a wreck in her car and totalled it. She has been having to go 200 plus miles to see her doctor once a month. So needed a dependable ride back and forth. Chose American auto rental and so glad I did. Very fast and easy, in and out in less than 10 mins. Can even send all my info in ahead of time threw text message and they have the car ready when I get there. Very very nice cars. Clean well maintained and at a great price. Plus you get free miles each day. Do have to pay a deposit but you get the amount you paid over as soon as you get back. Either on your card or cash if you pay in cash.”

“Was the cheaper car rental place in Orlando from the airport.. I do not recommend purchasing the Toll Road pass option because of you use Google Maps for navigation you can easily maneuver around Orlando without hitting a toll both so this option I paid extra for was really a bad idea.. I maybe went thru 3 toll booths my first day because I did not know what I was doing..after the first day I figured it out and missed all toll roads simply by selecting Choose Route bypassing Toll Roads under route options..overall a great rental regardless”
“Rented at my normal location in Pearland TX but vehicle had engine issues. Called Avis and was told to go to nearest location for replacement. Kristen ( or Cristen) took great care of me. Replacement my malfunctioning vehicle with a similar. Another worker got the vehicle cleaned and fueled while Kristen took hold of my driver's license to make the swap.
