I rent here every week to every other week. Nice folks that work here but don’t know how to clean cars and make them presentable for working professionals like myself. I rent car sometimes 250 days out of the year and it’s apparent when quality is important and it’s not here.

The branch manager, Nathan, has gone above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy returning ones. Upon returning my rental for a week, I told him the car was heavily smoked in, smelled like an ashtray and windows needed to be lowered every time I was driving. He gave me a discounted rate and decommissioned the vehicle.
