March the 16th 2021 Joseph interactions with me was so unprofessional I went later in the day to take every cent out of that bank but because of Mrs. Shelly kindness and helping us with the closures we chose to close just 3. Because it's not the banks fault that Joseph is so rude and unprofessional we've decided to just bank at the Sulphur Branch from now on.”

“Hancock Whitney is a great bank and they have outstanding employees. They are always willing to meet your needs. I feel like family with them. I joined them in June 1993 when my husband and I were married because that is where he was banking. I can call them and get things done over the phone without going in person. Yes management may have changed over the years but their spirit of helping there customers has not. My daughter is an adult and she now banks with them too. They deserve 5 stars and they are my favorite bank.”
