Until, about a month later after the phone repair the phone it stopped working. Made contact with them about the problem, and they fixed it for me under warranty ??”
“We came into this store to get an upgrade for my husband and ran into a technical issue that the boost technical support had still failed to fix after over 48 hours. We were ready to switch to a new phone company because corporate couldn’t do anything for us for a full week! No service with a paid bill! We came in again 2 days later as a last effort to get my husbands new phone and Sanad explained everything clearly and effectively. He was also patient and very understanding. He was able to get us everything that was promised. Sanad is the only reason we are still with boost.”

“I want to recommend a "hidden gem" of a location for ATT customers, who are either in need of a more personal situation dealing with their services, or just flat out in a hurry and don't have the time to wait for assistance. There's a store (ATT), located in the Walmart Supercenter parking lot (North side strip mall), that has very professional and friendly service members, who are awesome at their jobs. There's never more than 1 or 2 customers inside the store at 1 time, so I have never waited to be seen, and my issues have been taken care of immediately. I go see them with any questions or concerns about my ATT services.Truly, Rob”

“Friendly staff that provided the correct phone case for my son's phone. Part of the case did fall apart after a couple weeks though I'm not sure I can blame this store for that issue. Case still protects the phone so we're good!”
