“Friendly staff that provided the correct phone case for my son's phone. Part of the case did fall apart after a couple weeks though I'm not sure I can blame this store for that issue. Case still protects the phone so we're good!”

“Taurean our authorized retailer Deserves every bit Of all five stars , There was a customer before us, And he was in the office by himself. The customer had some issues with his phone that needed immediate attending. He worked quickly, but patiently with this other customer all the while, reminding us that he’ll be with this as soon as he can, he never once Showed any sign that we were inconvenience as it was getting near to closing time, When he wrapped up with the customer I believe it was three minutes till closing give or take a minute or two. We told Taurean That we did not mind coming back the next day as it could wait. But instead he chose To go ahead And see what he could do to help us, At this time, we tried to rush so he could get on with his day and close up the store, but upon seeing that we clearly did not understand all our options He again took more time out of his personal time to explain every option we had available and what each option entail, making sure we understood step-by-step, And when I tell you, he made sure we knew all of our options. He explained every plan available to us in detail, Taurean showed extreme professionalism, kindness, and customer service like you don’t see anymore these days. My family and I give him five out of five stores and if we could give him more, we would. Sidenote, I’ve never actually wrote a review. But this young man deserved it . #professionalism at its best!”

“Went to T mobile with problems with my T mobile phone when the old phone was down loaded into my new phone 10 of my most used apps did not move Over to my new phone I walked in to t mobile in cities service a young lady Kacie who was employed there she ask how she could help me after showing her the problems she said let’s get them fixed , very positive and to make a long story short she worked very diligently, keeping me informed along the way corrected all the problems. If you have problems with your phone go to city service Highway and ask for Kacie she is wonderful to work with .”
