“I came in a few nights ago and my truck wouldn't start. Shenna came out and diagnosed a failed starter. She was correct and I got the starter replaced and went on my way. A few days later I came in and she helped me change my air filter that I couldn't get to. If you need any help Shenna is always willing to help and teach you how to keep your truck on the road.”

“Had a great experience down at jimmy granger /Natchitoches. Carman in service was very polite and handled business extremely well while maintaining a friendly repor with the customer. The specialist that worked on the engine is extremely sharp and explains the issues for each item noticed to repair. This place handled every aspect of service and repair with the upmost respect to all the qualities found in successful service sectors. However, I will never own another FORD F-150 …. Nope. I won’t get in to a lot of details but research oil pressure issues with “””””””ECO BOOST “”””” engines. I was told there were no rebate options on my JUST TURNED 180,000 miles / ONLY 6 year old truck 2017 F-150, problem was it started approx 80,000 miles ago but I’ve just now been able to pay the $4,800.00 repair . This is all because the ECOBOOST engines are having oil pump / oil pressure issues . It you own ECOBOOST ENGINE and always listen for any rattling of lifters , THERES YOUR SIGHN YOUR …………..”

Originally they told me it wasn't going to be done until the next day but the mechanic jumped on it and had it done in a matter of 3 hours. I was able to get on the road that evening.
