“We had an unexpected coil pack issue while driving through Louisiana on our way back to Wyoming and stopped at the NAPA Auto Parts. I can’t say enough good things about the experience.
The gentleman working (he was the only one in overalls) went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he make sure we had the correct parts and tools to fix our vehicle, but he also stayed a few minutes past closing just to make sure we were safe and ready to get back on the road.
It’s rare to come across that level of kindness and dedication these days. We’re incredibly grateful for his help and the care he showed us as travelers passing through. He truly deserves recognition!”
“Love this place. I sent my daughter who is in college there with her car and the owner took very good care of her black 2011 camaro. She needed both double catalytic converters replaced. He's very reasonable and it all happened within 24 hours. As we are in Dallas and she is in Natchitoches louisiana, I found someone I can trust to take care of my daughter's ride. “Going home for the holidays and ran into some tire issues 2 hours from my destination. I called and was met with professionalism and quoted immediately. They had a tow-truck on site and we were on the road again all within 30 minutes. Very fair price and great customer service. Unfortunate circumstances but we are beyond thankful to have found a great business to help us out! Highly recommend.”
“Had a great experience down at jimmy granger /Natchitoches. Carman in service was very polite and handled business extremely well while maintaining a friendly repor with the customer. The specialist that worked on the engine is extremely sharp and explains the issues for each item noticed to repair. This place handled every aspect of service and repair with the upmost respect to all the qualities found in successful service sectors. However, I will never own another FORD F-150 …. Nope. I won’t get in to a lot of details but research oil pressure issues with “””””””ECO BOOST “”””” engines. I was told there were no rebate options on my JUST TURNED 180,000 miles / ONLY 6 year old truck 2017 F-150, problem was it started approx 80,000 miles ago but I’ve just now been able to pay the $4,800.00 repair . This is all because the ECOBOOST engines are having oil pump / oil pressure issues . It you own ECOBOOST ENGINE and always listen for any rattling of lifters , THERES YOUR SIGHN YOUR …………..”
