“Such friendly and prompt service!We were on a trip and 3 hours from home when our car suddenly went in limp mode and started knocking when getting off the interstate in Nachitoches. We called smiths and they said they’d happily squeeze us in to take a look.When we got there, service was prompt and great. Ty was incredibly honest with the diagnosis of our vehicle when I feel like many mechanics would have taken advantage of the fact we were out of town AND it was the holidays. He even offered to have someone bring us to pick up a rental car.Everyone was so kind and friendly. A awesome, family owned and operated shop. Definitely a great place to go!”
