Vehicle returned full but a refuelling charge was made to my credit card. It would not have been possible to add any more fuel. Customer Service not helpful.

Guys, Avis New Orleans is great. The customer service was good. The rental pickup/return proces was efficient and expedient. No hassle at all. I rented a minivan for a 1-day family road trip. The ride was super comfortable and the van was good on gas (Chrysler Pacifica). I highly recommend Avis.
