I loved staying here. Walking distance to the river, the French Quarter, it's a great location. The neighborhood is charming. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I intend to return.

This mid 19th century hotel is far enough from the French Quarter to be quiet but just a short drive or walk for the health conscious crowd. The neighborhood is quaint and totally strollable. Fun bars and food for all meals within a block or two. We would definitely stay there again.

We didn't have hot water or AC. When we called (about 10 times over 2 days before someone finally answered) about it we were told someone would be over to look at it but no one showed up. But the location is amazing.
