I come here by myself to have a place to let loose unseen and not judged and they have been very accommodating of me and my loud video game music.

This is a building of "spaces", or big rooms for rent. They have dance studio rooms for groups needing temporary or year around practice space. Their prices are fair. The building is well maintained, and clean. It's right off of St. Charles Ave in a decent neighborhood.
