Plush Appeal LLC is a well-stocked and impeccably organized Mardi Gras store. It is described as a Mardi Gras dream store where customers can find everything they could want, including a great selection of glass beads, plush throws, hard-to-find throws, apparel, accessories, and second line umbrellas. The selection is huge, plentiful, and they constantly restock, seeming to have it all even after the season. The staff is very nice, friendly, attentive, and helpful. They take time to explain and answer questions without being pushy. Service is noted as incredibly knowledgeable and willing to provide extra special attention. Overall prices are reasonable, great, and the best priced in New Orleans, with incredible deals available. They offer a discount for members of a float krewe. The only noted complaint is that lines are sometimes long. Customers report they will definitely return and recommend it to family and friends.
Mrs. Stacy, Mrs. Frances, and Mrs. Dina and the guys who helped us load our stuff were amazing, patient, and very involved. Great customer service, amazing prices, and great hospitality. 1000/10!! We will definitely be back and shop.
