“They just changed management as well as the cashier crew and it is very much so recognized. The store just reopened today after a quick remodel. I can hardly wait to check out how it turned out. Before the change of crew, the store was always disorganized and workers weren't trained well in customer service area. So needless to say good job Dollar General in Krotz Springs on the shopping experience there as a whole.”

“20 years later; its great to see the store still standing and in business. That was one of our hangouts back in the day. The owners were wonderful people. Very kind hearted. Man I miss those deals, and sadly the food. I sure miss home. Those were the good ole days. ?. Now I am homesick again. ? I hope to see Opelousas again. I loved it there then. I made family happy at the time ? I tho, cried all the way here, been cryin every since. ☹”

“Store is pretty neat and well stocked. Customer service is like the luck of the draw. Some workers are polite and others....well let's just say service could be a little better. Lines are short most of the time so you are in and out quick.”
“Yesterday was my first time going to their pick up line and I must say the people there were very polite and they were very fast. They seemed well organized and I was able to get the packages and get out of there very quickly. Hopefully the same people are there again today so I can get their name's so I can let their manager know how good of a job they're doing. But something tells me their boss probably already knows because they do a very good job there. See y'all again soon”

“I just got here and they're unloading me. People here seem friendly & courteous. Truckers-at gate Walmart drivers in left lane, all others right lane. Guard will come to your truck and take paperwork, truck & trailer #s, name & phone #. Guard checks seal. Pull forward to stop sign & go to Guard shack for inst. Guard will give you a dock number & tell you to move tandems back, break seal (keep it with paperwork), open doors, bump dock, chock tires (take picture), drop landing gear, pull away from trailer, park in bobtail area across from office between dock 400 & 340. Take paperwork & SEAL to office entrance 536. Wait in bobtail area & they will text you w/in 4 hrs. When hooking back up to trailer they tell you NOT to hook up unless trailer has been pulled several feet off dock door.”
