“I can’t believe how amazing this place was for us! I had originally reserved a U-Haul out of Marksville but my reservation was moved to Bunkie without my knowledge and since I had reservations for a storage unit here, they actually had a truck to rent us, albeit bigger than the one I had planned to rent. The long and short of it is Cindy waited for us to come in from Marksville since my original reservation had been moved and the facility was closed she was pressed for time but went over everything we needed to know. As luck would have it we couldn’t move anything because the house had been completely vandalized and all our belongings ruined but we let Cindy know as soon as we could. The contract is flexible so we weren’t locked into since we didn’t need it. This all happened on Easter weekend on top of everything else. We just so appreciate all her help and genuine concern about our situation especially after hearing it was all destroyed and we didn’t even need the storage unit or truck. We do plan to move back at some point and will definitely work with her again when needed!!”
“They were very kind despite me knowing how difficult I was personally being. Even when I had asked to cancel they were cordial and respectful. If I am to ever need a storage unit this would definitely be the place I would go!”
