“No complaints. The lady at the register with the salt n pepper hair and flawless complexion does a great job getting customers out of there. She is hot and makes the visit worthwhile. Even when she's grumpy.D.H.”
“Best Dollar General location. The employees have always been friendly and helpful to courteous customers and there's usually something entertaining going on as well.”
“This location has fresh produce, which is awesome (strawberries, bananas, lettuce, tomatoes, etc) & in great condition. This location is 5 minutes from my job, which means I don't have to go to Wal-Mart (which most of the time I hate) just to get basic produce. Service is good.”
“I love this place. It looks cluttered a lot but not over the top. And sometimes the price of some things are barely under the normal price, the same and sometimes more than the original price somewheres else. But they do have great finds. And everyone is always helpful and nice.”
“I went to this store based on location convenience. The store was a little in disarray, but completely understandable as they have a lot of things marked down after the holiday and the general public has little to no regard of how they leave things in retail stores. There were employees working on rezoning the aisles and I could see the progress they were making. But the customer service alone will bring me back to this location. Every employee I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed help. Everyone was super friendly and from observing and talking with a few I can tell that they take pride in this store and really care that the customers are taken care of!! I observed who I think was the manager and she was awesome - in making sure customers were greeted and employees were staying on top of what needed taken care of. Will definitely go back.”
“I love this store! They treat me so well and are always respectful. The store is always clean and smelling good. The manager Myesha is so nice! The only Dollar General I enjoy going to.”
“The new employees at this location are a great definition of customer service. They are kind, always helpful, and run the store very well. If you need to find something, they don't point you to it, they TAKE you to it. A breath of fresh air from what was!”
“They have the best product selection of any dollar store I've been to. It's a mess, but all of the dollar general stores are. They don't hire enough employees. It's not the workers fault.”
“For under employment issues, this place has great employees, customer service, knowing of product placement with great understanding of different types of card situations. 5stars.”
“My store. I usually go to the store on Government and Acadian. The staff there are great;. they leave the drama at the door, and I never see anyone texting on the job. They are all about the customer and are always friendly, hospital, and knowledgeable on anything I ask about. Every time I go there, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in! ?. ?They always put the customer 1st ?”
“Every time, EVERY TIME, I visit, I have a good time! From the customer service, the variety of stuff, and the negotiating! I pray for there long lasting success ? ✅️”
“Not a bad branch...but I think they need to learn how to work together, seems like every time I go..check out there is allways a long,I mean longer thN the line that allways is there...but. Still moved pretty quickly..”
“.ost of the people who work there are nice and helpful if you can find what you're looking for. At this location there stock is on the shelves not in totes and boxes on the floor.”
“This is the best Dollar General in North Baton Rouge. I frequent this particular Dollar General quite often as the customer service is always impeccable. The staff there is amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming, warm and friendly. I have never had a bad experience and they always have everything that I need in stock. The staff always greets you as you walk in and they are always available and willing to assist.”
“The store was nice neat and organized and clean the cashier was very polite she conversated with me and we laughed and talked if we knew each other can't ask for better service”
“Thank you, to the the young, female cashier for helping me. I passed out while in the check out line and she went above and beyond and was so patient and kind. She even loaded my groceries into my car. So, way to go Dollar General you’ve got a, STAR employee!”
“Ms Clementine was very polite and that was refreshing cause every other dollar store cashier is cold and rude! And this has to be the cleanest location I've ever been in! Usually the store is cluttered with boxes up to the ceiling! Even though this store is out my way, I'm gonna make sure I pass up the others to come here!”
“They have done a awesome job on the store it was so chaotic last time I was there I couldn't find nothing but I went back, I was shocked to see how organized they got the place awesome job”

“I don't like shopping at these type stores. Too junkie for me. However, they did have exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. Forg how cheap that are. Love it.

“This particular store was very clean and organized... I've been to this location about 3 years ago and it was a mess... To see it under new management and how well they had turned it around...really says something about the team... I gave 4 stars overall...only if I get that "WOW EXPERIENCE" will you get a 5 star rating from I...nevertheless...GOOD JOB GUYS...”

“In general, I'm not a fan of Dollar General but I had a DoorDash order. So I found EVERYTHING easy peasy. The store was clean, The shelves were stocked and the prices eh, fairly good. So maybe I'll have to give them a second chance.”
