“Spoke with Toya regarding my new prescription and insurance coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was approved, how much my out-of-pocket was and that my meds were in stock (these meds are currently unavailable at most places) and when I could pick them up!!I saw that WM’s current rating is a 1.8 which gave me reservations about trying them. But with helpful employees like Toya they will turn that around!”
