“Y'know, I have issues with my stuff getting delivered occasionally, but I don't sweat it too much because I know the folks who work these jobs have a chaotic workload each day. And every time I go in to the office to pick up or drop off a package, the ladies there are so sweet. I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I try to put things in perspective. USPS has been a fustercluck since Dejoy took over. The folks who work there are doing the best they can with what they have available.”

“Every staff member was extremely helpful in finding my missing package! I came to the office the day after a failed delivery when my package was not delivered the subsequent day. The woman working the desk and her supervisor were very helpful and even called the mailman who turned around on his route and came back to see if it was in one of the boxes. A few days after I put in the service request, Linda called and had located my package. She even stayed late so I could come pick it up! Mistakes happen, but the staff made a great experience out of what could have been a frustrating one! (:”
“I am very satisfied with the Customer Service this Post Office provide. It is a wonderful PO to conduct business. Although not the local PO assigned, business is great. Never lost a package that have been shipped. Never damaged a package that have been shipped. Workers are very cooperative and professional. The business relationship is good. “Great experience each and everytime I visit from the first step in the building each and every clerk speaks and greats me with a great feeling. Service is quick and whenever I get a survery at the bottom of my receipt I always give a green face. I have been to many post offices but this one is by far one of my favorite places to handle all of my postal needs.”
