“Every staff member was extremely helpful in finding my missing package! I came to the office the day after a failed delivery when my package was not delivered the subsequent day. The woman working the desk and her supervisor were very helpful and even called the mailman who turned around on his route and came back to see if it was in one of the boxes. A few days after I put in the service request, Linda called and had located my package. She even stayed late so I could come pick it up! Mistakes happen, but the staff made a great experience out of what could have been a frustrating one! (:”

“I am very satisfied with the Customer Service this Post Office provide. It is a wonderful PO to conduct business. Although not the local PO assigned, business is great. Never lost a package that have been shipped. Never damaged a package that have been shipped. Workers are very cooperative and professional. The business relationship is good. A Post Office location I trust first.”
“The postmaster Ms Alicia Woods has always been so helpful when we have had an issue with a delivery - it’s only happened twice in the 5+ years we have been here. She is very nice and professional and did not hesitate to go above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I’m not sure of who our regular mail carrier is, but they do a great job as well. The only time we have had issues are when subs deliver our route so that is to be expected.”
“Y'know, I have issues with my stuff getting delivered occasionally, but I don't sweat it too much because I know the folks who work these jobs have a chaotic workload each day. And every time I go in to the office to pick up or drop off a package, the ladies there are so sweet. I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I try to put things in perspective. USPS has been a fustercluck since Dejoy took over. The folks who work there are doing the best they can with what they have available.”

“The only issue I have is sometimes I get the wrong mail in my PO Box. It’s easily resolved on my end by just handing them the wrong mail to fix it but I can’t help but think this is bad for the people whose mail gets put in my box.”
