“Caitlin Broussard is the star of this operation. I had a complicated rental / reimbursement process that was spread across my insurance company, the body shop and partially personal pay and she handled everything (literally everything) with joy, empathy, and professionalism. The corporate overlords even had her working alone one day and she was single handedly taking care of customers, and cleaning cars, and still managed to be efficient and friendly despite the lack of help. If I ever need to rent a car locally again, I will be going back to see Caitlin and I will be recommending anyone I know to do the same. <3”
