“Rental car experience was ok. Check out was good but had to wait during return due to limited staff. The car drove well but had a broken lever to adjust the seat. Also was unable to use apple car play to see directions on the screen.”

“Caitlin Broussard is the star of this operation. I had a complicated rental / reimbursement process that was spread across my insurance company, the body shop and partially personal pay and she handled everything (literally everything) with joy, empathy, and professionalism. The corporate overlords even had her working alone one day and she was single handedly taking care of customers, and cleaning cars, and still managed to be efficient and friendly despite the lack of help. If I ever need to rent a car locally again, I will be going back to see Caitlin and I will be recommending anyone I know to do the same. <3”
